Arrival and check-in
Important information
Warning: Please note that bed linen, towels, housekeeping, and the final cleaning are not included to the accommodation price, unless agreed otherwise. We do provide pillows, blankets, toilet paper and cleaning materials.
You can bring your own bedsheets and towels, or rent from us for 175 NOK per set.
Before the departure, you’d need to either clean the apartment yourself, or order the final cleaning from us. Please refer to the departure page for more information.
You’ll be offered to order additional services when you check in online. We need at least a day to arrange the bed linen, so ensure to place the order in time.
Checking in
After you make a reservation, we send you an information email with the link to the guest app. There, you can check the location of the property, get the WiFi password, as well as order additional services like bed linen and cleaning after departure.
At the day of your arrival, we’ll send you an additional email that contains the entrance code. You will use that code to open both doors. One door downstairs is the shared entrance, and the door upstairs is the private entrance.
Arrival
When you arrive to Hemsedal, you can go directly to the apartment.
The code you receive from us will work from the check-in time on the day of your arrival until one hour after check-out time on the date of your departure.
Our check-in time is 17:00 (winter) or 16:00 (summer). The check-out time is 11:00 (winter) or 12:00 (summer).
Get help
Caution: We only manage the apartment Tinden 305. If you stay in another apartment, please get in touch with those you made your reservation with. We cannot answer any question nether resolve any issue related to your stay in any other apartment except Tinden 305.
Caution: During winter season, Tinden Apartments complex is fully managed by SkiStar. Please contact the reception in case of any trouble.
