Before you leave

Unless you ordered the final cleaning service, you have to clean the apartment yourself.

The apartment must be at the same state on your departure, as it was when you arrived

Checklist

Ensure you have completed the steps below when cleaning yourself:

• Wash the kitchen top and other surfaces, so there are no visible spots. Use provided chemicals.
• Vacuum all the floors, wash if needed.
• Vacuum the sofa.
• Clean all the surfaces.
• Make all the beds.
• Wash all WCs, showers and sinks. Use provided chemicals.
• Wash floors in all bathrooms.
• Ensure there are no spots on any mirror.
• Make the dishes. Empty the dishwasher.
• Remove all rubbish to the outside container.
• Do not leave your belongings behind.

Note: If you change your mind and will want us to arrange the final cleaning, get in touch before you leave, and we’ll sort it.

Our service partner will come over after you leave and confirm that everything is ok (or not).

Warning: In case of any damage to the apartment, or if the apartment would require additional cleaning, we’ll get in touch. Administrative fees apply in addition to any recovery costs.
