Using the key box

Important

In addition to the small round key pad, which you use for locking and unlocking the doors normally, we have an electronic key box for each apartment as well.

It is only used as a backup, if something happens with the main keypad or one of the electronic locks.

When you experience an issue with the normal locking and unlocking procedure, get in touch and we’ll send you the key box code.

Using the key box

On your apartment door frame you will find a rather large black key box. It is a backup measure in case the main system fails.

When you get a code for the key box from us, wake up the box by placing a palm on it. The keypad of the box will illuminate. Enter the code and press the unlock button. The box will open, and you find the apartment key inside. Close the lid ,and it will lock automatically.

Caution: Do not lose the key as we don’t have another! Put the key back on departure. Use the same code.
